Our rates are based on two adults.
- 1 night – $300 per night
- 2 – 5 nights – $165 per night
- Weekly – $840 per week
- Extra person – $30 per night
Overnight bookings are taken at short notice, give Kim a call on 0428 431 529 to check availability.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Deposit of 1 night’s accommodation to confirm booking
- Full payment on arrival
- Check in time is 2pm, check out is 10am
- Apartments serviced weekly
- Long term guests invoiced weekly/monthly paid one week/month in advance
- Payment is accepted by credit card/direct deposit/cash/cheques (must be received, banked and cleared before accepted as payment)
- No smoking in apartments
- Special pets may be allowed by special permission from owners, otherwise strictly no pets
- Any damages, extra cleaning required (for example, carpet cleaning) will be charged to your credit card
- Cancellation – 48 hours notice is required otherwise, one night’s accommodation will be charged for up to 1 weeks stay. For longer than 1 week’s stay, 7 days’ notice is required or a fee of $450 will be charged.
